Who We Are
Putting knowledge at the centre of development
The Inshindo Foundation is a Bahá'í-inspired organization dedicated to fostering social transformation through capacity building and community-based initiatives. Established in 2006, our name "Inshindo," meaning "the sound of footsteps," symbolizes progress, knowledge, and development. Drawing from Bahá'í teachings that emphasize the harmony between science and religion, our work focuses on empowering individuals to take ownership of social and material transformation processes in their communities. We believe that true advancement comes from combining intellectual growth with spiritual values, enabling people to contribute meaningfully to their society while engaging in the generation, application, and dissemination of knowledge.
