Introduction to PSA

The Preparation for Social Action (PSA) is a community based 'education for development' programme delivered by Inshindo Foundation in partnership with the Ministry of Community Development and Kabwe Municipal Council.

The main objective of the PSA programme is to empower you and a large numbers of other young people with the capabilities that you need to become agents of social and economic development of society. Many communities in Zambia are facing various social and economic challenges which require the availability of large numbers of competent human resources in order for them to be effectively addressed. As youth you can make a significant contribution to addressing these challenges. PSA therefore seeks to strengthen your capacity to assume responsibility for social transformation and helps you development some of the required knowledge, skills, attitudes and qualities.
